Forget Ramen


marinade for dryish chicken

I pulled a cooked chicken out of the freezer the other night, and I could tell it was going to be really dry, so I made up a marinade based on various recipes I found online. I squeezed two oranges, and put the juice in a double bag along with four cloves of garlic (chopped small enough to be pleasant to eat,) a sliced onion, a bit of olive oil (maybe 2 T,) 1/2 t sage, 1 t oregano (I’m guessing — I actually just threw some in,) and the chicken pulled apart into pieces, bones included. It came out really well, only I think I would put some salt and pepper in next time!
